Argentina watched Seychelles pull out a book and begin to read. She tilted her head to the side and pursed her lips. Well... what now? If Seychelles was going to read, Tina wasn't sure what else there was for her to do. That is, unless she went and re-cleaned all of her laundry now.
...But Argentina didn't want the conversation to end so soon. She wanted to become more acquainted with her new "roomie". It felt refreshing to have a nice, casual talk with a fellow girl once in a while. Tina decided she'd take a chance.
Argentina stood up and grabbed either railing of the bunk bed, climbing up. It wasn't intruding if it was her bunk too, right? Tina hoped Seychelles wouldn't mind her joining her up on the top bunk without asking permission first. She stopped when she got to the top bunk and sat down on the edge, peering over Seychelles' shoulder. "Um.. what are you reading?" Argentina asked curiously, trying to make conversation. "Anything interesting?"

Seychelles looked at Argentina, who was climbing up her bed. Seychelles did'nt mind Argentina joining her. She could tell that Argentina enjoyed the conversation they had. So did Seychelles. Maybe it was because it was a rare for both of hem to talk to a female nation or even been in the same room for more than 20 minutes.
"Well its nothing much." Seychelles said. She showed the cover page of the book to Argentina. The cover had pictures of animals all over it. "I'm reading a book about animals not from my country." Seychelles paused, then continued, "since there was very little animals in my country. I had to beg that jackass to buy it for me."
Seychelles snickered. She enjoyed calling England a jackass. England was worse than a jackass to her. But she never called him any names before. Seychelles moved a little to let the new friend and signaled her friend to join her

Argentina tried to suppress a smile from forming. She really did try, but she couldn't help it. Hearing someone besides her call England a jackass... that was almost as refreshing as the conversation with another girl. The corners of Tina's mouth quirked and she scooted a bit closer so she could better see the book.
"Animals of different parts of the world?" asked the dark-haired girl, "Are they arranged by country?" Argentina moved her legs so she was sitting criss-cross, and simply rested her hands in her lap. She didn't want to touch anything that wasn't hers, at least not until she gets an OK from Seychelles to look around. Because of this, she wanted to avoid temptation. Keeping her hands in her lap was the best way to do this, at least for Argentina. Whenever she felt the urge to touch something, she would feel her hands on her lap. It usually snapped her to her senses.
Sharing a bunk with a girl was great. Even more than great; it was a relief. Argentina hated the thought of sharing her bunk with a member of the opposite gender. Sharing with a man would've made things awkward and uncomfortable. Life in the warehouse is like one big slumberparty... with an odd number of men and women.
To make matters worse; most of the girls in the warehouse are only in their "teenage" years. As far as Tina was aware of, she and Miss Hungary were the only female countries in the warehouse with the physical appearance of adults.

"Yup! They are from different parts of the world." Seychelles smiled. She was glad that Argentina took interest inher book. " They are arranged by alphebats. But there is a label that tell you which country it can be found." Seychelles replied to the other question.
She brought the book closer to Argentina, allowing here to get a better view of the pictures. One thing that its oblivious was that Seychelles never been out of her country a lot. She was always carrying this book with her wherever she went. Hoping that if she sees something she never seen before, she would check the animal out immediately Seychelles was actually glad to be bunkmates with a girl, or a woman. She was always sharing rooms with either france or that jackass as there was not many female countries and never really met any before. That was until now. At first, she thought that talking to girls would be very difficult, as she never met one before and always heard from England how girls are hard to talk to while france says that it was easy.
Seychelles put the book on Argentina's lap. "Try finding an animal from your country." Seychelles told her.

Argentina accepted the book that was placed into her lap. She licked the tips of her fingers to make page-turning quicker and easier, before beginning to flip through the pages one by one. As she skimmed, Argentina tried to remember the first animal native to Argentina that popped into her mind.
Nodding silently to herself, Tina continued to flip through page after page, letter after letter of the English alphabet. L.... M.... N.... O.... P. She opened the page. The animal she thought of was one of the first of the section.
Lightly running her index finger down the page, Argentina stopped and tapped the name. Right beside her finger was a photo of two men standing on a boating dock, grinning into the camera. These men were not the focus of the shot, however. It took both of these men to hold a lengthy fish in their arms. The fish was wide and gray with an almost-flat, white underside. The massive creature had a big, gaping mouth, with several cat-like whiskers jutting out from its upper lip.
"There. Patagonian catfish. It's a species of cichlid. It's native to fresh water in my country. They're big bastards. Luckily, you don't usually find them unless you go looking for them. Some of the bigger provinces of my home have too many buildings and streets and large structures to have bodies of fresh water. It's kind of like America's New York City." Argentina said, looking up at Seychelles with a smile. "Seychelles Islands, right? You must have many different species of fish where you live, seeing as your nation is surrounded by water."
She couldn't help but wonder; how were fish surviving in this zombie outbreak? Tina knew land animals like deer were mutated. Only if you were lucky could you find meat that wasn't contaminated... Argentina took a wild guess that business wasn't booming for meat industries at the moment. It most-likely effected the fish as well, tainting the water they swim in.

Seychelles stared at the giant fish in the picture. She has never seeen such a enormous fish in her lide!!! She wondered how many people can they feed in her country. Maybe ten, or fifteen? She wanted to know if this fish was'nt infected yet. If he could have this fish for dinner, it would have tasted so good.
Seychelles then remembered that all livings things, even fishes, were all infected and unable to be eaten. Seychelles gaave a little sigh that no one could hear. "It would have been nice to taste a fish like that..." seychelles thought.
"Huh? Oh um.. Ya!!" Seychelles said as soon as she got back to her senses. Though she only heard half of what Argentina said. "Most pf them are small fishes, I've never seen such a big fish before." Seychelles continued, " Most of the fishes there are so small that they could only feed a person."

"Well," Tina shrugged, closing the book and gently handing it back to Seychelles. She was cautious with the book, as though she feared dropping it would cause World War III. "They are big. They're a bitch to run into, though, if you ever really encountered one. You're lucky if you get to eat them. They're really hard to catch, because of their size."
She tapped at the cover of the book. "Why don't you try to find an animal from your country? I'd be interested to see what kind of animals inhabit islands like yours." Argentina added.

Seychelles took the book back and slowly flip through the pages in the Index "S". She then went to find the the next letter which as "E". As soon as she found both letters, she went through the pages that "S" & "E" as the first few letters. Untill she reached the page she was loooking for. On it, there was a picture of a long tailed raven, on the top of the picture, it was stated, " Seychelles paradise flycatcher."
"This is the paradise flycatcher," Seychelles said while pointing at the picture, " They are an endangered species in my country."

Argentina leaned over Seychelles' shoulder again, admiring the magnificent bird. It had dark feathers, almost black, but with beautiful, bold tones of blue. The feathers of it's tail were even longer than it's body. "What a beautiful creature.." Tina admired and gave a tender smile. "It's really lovely there, Sey."
She paused and a faint blush rose in her cheeks at calling Seychelles "Sey". Argentina felt a bit embarrassed. She wasn't sure if Seychelles would like that nickname... it was kind of an unconcious habit to call nations by shorter names, seeing as several countries call her Tina for short of Argentina. "...Um. If you don't mind I call you 'Sey', that is..? I could just call you Seychelles if you'd like?"

Seychelles smiled that her. She liked the nickname Sey. That was her very first nickname. It was pretty funny when Argentina blushed as soon as she call her that.
"Hmmm... Sey huh?"Seychelles smiled, "I like that Tina.." Seychelles stopped talking. After a while, she started to giggle. She called her friend Tina without knowing. "You don't mind if i call you that right??" Seychelles smiled. After all, saying the whole word "Argentina " was tiring.

Argentina gave a nervous laugh. "N-no, no~ I don't mind if you call me Tina. I get called that quite often, I understand... well, unless it's by someone I dislike. Then they get my fist to their face." She replied with a smirk. "Don't worry though, I really don't mind if another girl calls me Tina."
Shrugging her shoulders, she set her hands in her lap again. "Spain's called me that since I was still a colony... he also calls me Lucí for short of Lucía. I hate it when men call me Lucí, though... usually if anyone besides Spain or Romano calls me that, I take it that they're mocking me or something... or just trying to get me mad."
Argentina paused and tilted her head back. "..Eheh. I'm kinda.. rambling..." She turned her gaze back to Seychelles. "I apologize."

Seychelles giggled. The mood has changed... That was until she stopped rambling, if thats what its called. Seychelles like that mood, it felt like that means someone was telling her something important. " Nah, its ok. I rather enjoy thos feeling." Seychelles said sheepishly.
"Actually, to tell you the truth, i was'nt given a nice nickname like this." Seychelles said. " That jackass always called me servent, while France would call me in those weird french names. Just the thought of it makes me sick." Seychelles make a puke face. " wait,"Seyhelles thought for a moment, then repiled, "am i rumbling?!"

Argentina smiled and stiffled a laugh. "No, no.." She shook her head. "Not nearly as much as I was, at least."
She sighed and leaned back against the metal rim of the top bunk, folding her arms over her chest. "I understand Argentina is a long name. Seychelles is a pretty long name too. I'm surprised no one has shortened your name to something like Sey or 'Chelles before." She replied and tilted her head back slightly.
Argentina knew she was called 'Tina' by Spain... for as long as she could remember. She almost couldn't remember far back enough to know if there ever was a time that he didn't call her Tina for short.

"Oh ok!!" Seychelles giggled. "Well, those two nations were the only people I've ever met in my whole life," Seychelles said refering to England and France. " that was until i met you!"
Seychellesonly met two nations all her life. Even though she wanted to mingle with other countries, for some reason England would always stop her. Ever since France stopped taking care of her, she has been rather lonely and most of the times wanted to escape her country and meet other nations. But was always stopped by that ass.
She was rather envy that Tina could meet a lot of nations. " Its all Englands fault.." She muttered under her breathe, hoping that Tina did not hear that.

Argentina listened to Seychelles with interest. "Never met any other nations?" Surely that wasn't true... right? Seychelles is a nation. Even if she's younger than Tina, she has to be... well.. older than the average human, right? There's no possible way for someone with a lifespan longer than a normal human to go through most of their life without meeting more than three people, is there? The average human meets thousands of people in their lifetime...
...Right?
Before Tina could say anything else on the matter, she heard Seychelles mumble something under her breath. Something about something being England's fault? Well, a lot of things were England's fault, Argentina knew that from experience.
"What's England's fault?" She spoke up, then immediately bit the inside of her cheek. Argentina realized that it probably wasn't her place to ask something like this, and she was regretting saying anything already... maybe some things are just too personal. Tina may be egotistic, but she is sensitive to other peoples' feelings as well.
"..U-um, I mean. You don't have to say anything you don't want to..."
