((Well, THAT escalated quickly.))
Spain noticed the change in Norway's voice. Although he wasn't quite sure why, he did notice it.
"Is everything alright?" He didn't want anything bad to happen on this day; especially after America making him mad and all the fighting. He didn't understand why Norway was so upset; France was the country of love and wouldn't it be a good thing if your lover took after him? It'd make for interesting experiences, that's for sure.
"I'm not sure why you're worried, Nor. France is a good person. Sure, he's not the best when it comes to restraining his flirting, but deep down he's actually a good guy. I can honestly say that I've never, ever seen nor heard about him cheating on a lover. Though him, me and Prussia don't have the best of reputations for some reason, we won't go out of our way to hurt the ones we care about."
Pausing just a bit (as he realized he went off topic), he added one thing. "Did I say something wrong earlier?"

America decided to speak up, even though he had told himself he wouldn't. Because, screw it, staying quiet as terrible. He didn't know how Canada managed to do it. "You acted just like France!" he exclaimed when Canada asked if anything was wrong. "'Course, I didn't know you were pretending to be France, but, now that Spain said it, I could totally see the whole French-thing you had going on!" He grinned, but then his sudden good mood faltered when it seemed Norway was upset.
He listened as Spain tried assuring him that France was a good guy, then decided to vouch for that. "Yeah, France is cool! He acts weird a lot and he says some crazy things, but he's actually super-duper nice and makes real good food." Better than a certain Englishman's food, anyway. "And you didn't say anythign wrong, Spain. 'Cept, ya know, threatening me, but I'm totally over that now and-" And he could kick Spain's ass any day. "-and we're friends. Amigos. Whatever it is that the Mexicans say."

(( I saw this coming. ))
Canada was confused by Norway's response, what was wrong with acting like France? He didn't understand what the problem was. Spain seemed to be just as confused as he was. "Spain and America are right, I don't know why you think France or I would hurt you."
He walked over to where Norway was sitting and sat down next to him. He tried to see what the hidden emotion was behind his eyes. Was it fear? Did France do something to Norway at one point in time? That wasn't like France, he would never do something like that. "Did France do something to you, Norway?" asked Canada.
He placed one hand on Norway's knee, trying to comfort the Nordic country. He seemed upset about something. He looked over at Spain with a worried look. He hadn't wanted to upset Norway, it was only a game after all.

((same~....america is just digging his own grave today aint he...))
"N-no im fine...just dont grow up to be like france please..." Norway sighed and he didnt mean to be a party killer but the past he had with France was...something he didnt like to remeber. When you expected a viking to pillage you'd think that the person said viking was pillaging would be the one to pay but it was the exact opposite with Norway.
He remebered going to france's land and attacking with full force as usual but something was weird about France and the attacks, he took them very well and in the end Norway found out that he wanted to 'invade' him. Freaked out he threatened to kill the frenchy and he ended up getting a place called Normandy.

(( yes, but I still love him. ))
"I promise, I won't grow up to be like France. I didn't meant to make you upset." replied Canada. He still didn't completely understand what the problem was, but he would gladly do whatever Norway asked of him. Besides, there was no need to flirt with Norway anymore, they were already getting married.
"Can I still kiss you? Not right now, but later?" whispered Canada. He didn't want to kiss Norway in front of America and Spain, but he needed to ask this question. He wanted to know if he had ruined their relationship.

Spain pouted at the "Mexican" comment. Although he didn't get angry, he was a little irked. That was like calling the American's version of English the same as Britain's. It just wasn't very smart-sounding.
He saw Canada's look and he stood up, walking over to the Nordic. "Listen, Noruega. What happened in the past happened in the past and even though Cana was raised by Francia, that doesn't mean he's made the same mistakes or acts the same way. Even I can tell by looking at them that they act nothing alike. They're just as opposite as Cana and his brother. So I doubt that Cana will grow up to act like France." He smiled, ruffling Norway's hair a bit. "Especially since me and Eyebrows helped raise him as well."
((Did I explain that to you, Cana? How Spain actually owned part of Western Canada, including a small colony on Vancouver Island. So Spain raised him for a little bit. ^^ Edit: And I'm going to go with Cana whispered the whole kiss thing. Because I don't feel like editing my post. :'D))

"Eh, you didnt make me upset Canada!" Norway said this very quickly, he didnt mean for him to sound like that. "I just...remebering an old memory and the fear of you growing up like France. I dont have anything against him either just the past and things like that...does that make any sense?" He hoped he wasnt rambleing like he usually did when he had to explain things, but he did make the situation weird and it was his fault.
"And yes." Norway whispered with a tiny blush showing on his face. He always liked kissing the Canadian man. They were always so nice and sweet.

"Yes, it makes sense Norway." replied Canada. "I'll only act like myself, okay?" He scooted closer to Norway and wrapped one of his arms around Norway's waist, and then quickly took it away. Did he usually sit with Norway like that? He couldn't remember right now. It was better just to sit close and not bother with anything else. He didn't want to frighten Norway away.
"Are we still going to play charades? We can do something else if you guys are bored." asked Canada. They had been playing this game for awhile now. He also wondered what time it was. How much time had passed since he had first arrived?

America smirked when his brother took his arm away from Norway's waist. My, but wasn't Canada a little embarrassed to sit in sweet, intimate positions like that? "You can only be yourself, Canada!" America exclaimed cheerfully, forgetting all about how he was supposed to be in a crabby mood. "If you were anyone else, I'd freak. Plus, you're an awesome brother and, even though France is cool, I like you the way you are. And I guess Norway does, too." He winked over at Norway then rolled his eyes up to the ceiling, wondering if they should continue to play the game or do something else.
His lack of attention won out in the end. They had been playing charades for far too long. "I wanna do something else!" he exclaimed, looking back at Canada. "Like...um..." But he wasn't sure what they could do when they wore such fancy clothes and they were stuck in a room all by themselves. "Dunno, actually. When does the wedding start? I want cake."

Iceland wandered down the seemingly endless hallway. His eyes concentrated more on his tie then his surroundings. His hands fumbled with the stupid piece of cloth. Why did they have to wear ties? He couldn't tie a tie to save his life. He could tie a bow, seeing as he usually wore one around his neck, but not a tie. What made a tie so differant? In the end, he decided just to give it up. The pearly white tie hung loosely around his neck, contrasting with the midnight back suit he was wearing. He didn't care if it looked improper, the other countries could think whatever they wanted.
He stopped in the middle of the hallway when he heard talking from one of the changing rooms, or what he assumed was a changing room. What else would it be used for? Storing white doves that would be turned loose at the end of the wedding? That wasn't going to happen.
Curiosity got the best of him and he opened the door wide. He stepped inside and looked around the room. He recognized each of the countries there, Spain, America, America, wait what? Why was there two Americas? He didn't stay on that thought for long, because he noticed his brother was in the room as well. All the more reason to leave. He turned around and walked back out the door, closing the door as he went.

Norway noticed who walked in and quickly walked out. It was his little brother. Quickly, the nordic country sprinted to the door and opened it and grabbed his little brother before he could officially leave. Pulling him in the room against his will, he closed the door behind him and he stood there in the doorway holding him.
"Bror....you came." Norway said as he hugged his little brother tighter. He really did care about Iceland, he was worried about him the whole time the silver haired boy wasnt here. The nordic didnt really know if his little brother would come to his wedding or not but he was really happy that he decided to come.

"Get off of me." Iceland tried, unsuccessfully, to pry his brother's hands off of him. When he realized Norway was too strong to push away, he gave up. Instead, forcing Norway's head, at a very odd angle, away from his body. Maybe that would make him go away quicker. At the very least, it must be causing some kind of pain in the neck, and pain always made people go away.
"I only came because I was told to, it's not like I wanted to come." He looked away from his brother and all of the other countries in the room. Norway was embarrassing him again, treating him like a child. He didn't need to tell Norway where he was all the time, it was none of his concern. His eyes wandered back over to the door, his only means of escape. It was so close, and yet so far. He would have ran out that door right now, if he wasn't being strangled to death by a certain someone.

Norway felt a little hurt by his little brothers words but his neck hurt so he just let Iceland go. Of coarse he didnt show the younger one he was hurt, that wouldnt be the best idea in the world so he just put a blank face on and sighed. "Alright." The nordic said as he walked back to Canada who was still on the couch and he sat down and put his head on the Canadian's shoulder.
"Would you like to stay here? We're playing some games." Norway said to his brother with a blank face.

America glanced over when Iceland entered the room. He forgot the two of them were brothers. Or were all of the Nordic countries brothers? Whatever it was, he couldn't have Iceland walking away on them, especially not when America hardly knew the guy. "Yeah, come on in, Icey!" he exclaimed, waving the smaller country over and pointing at one of the empty seats. "We'll be playing a new game soon enough!"
Of course, he wasn't exactly sure what game they should play. Maybe just sitting until the wedding officially started would be a good idea. Besides, they would be able to talk and, if America watched his mouth (as he should have been doing much earlier), laughing and joking with one another. Even if Norway didn't exactly seem like the sort to laugh. America wondered about that. "Hey, Canada?" he asked, crossing over to sit on the couch, right next to Canada (because screw personal space). "Has Norway ever laughed since you two have been together?" He hoped that was an okay question. He truly did want to know. If not, he had his mind set to make Norway laugh and smile.
