Well, keep your lovechild close. Tina will smack a landclaim on his forehead faster than you can say "Falkland Islands".

Yeah, whatever.
Technically, Falkland Islands is our lovechild, Iggy... you know... like... if we were married, had a kid, went through a divorce, and then had a custody battle that caused a total of 908 deaths.

Hmph, well I obviously loved him, too, until I decided that 53 kids were enough already. So I let Tina have the Falkland Islands. There, problem: solved. And this is why I said I don't want a repeat of "Falkland Islands" xD Eastport is America's and my lovechild, done deal.

Dude, Iggy....we OWN the Falkland islands XD Argentina has started trying to get them back again XD Which is annoying because Scotland is vying for independance as well....soooooo basically it's like the fall of the British Empire all over again -_-' Seriously, don't let Argentina take the Falklands!!! WE WOULD NEVER LIVE IT DOWN *__*
And while we're at it, would Gibraltar be Spain and Iggy's love child? XD Or is that Mexico? Or is Mexico Spain and America's lovechild? ;D ....ignore me. Obviously.

....*Ignores England*
..Hm. *Slaps a stamp on Eastport's forehead* There. "Propiedad de la República Argentina". Now problem solved.
Independencia! Jajajaja~ Oh yeah. Argentina is using Scotland's attempt at independence to their advantage. They're all saying "Scotland! Let's totally become an alliance and beat England into the ground together! You get your independence and we get our Islas Malvinas!"

Well, technically, Falkland Islands were ours first. They are very close to Argentina, just a little ways off the coast. At least, we claimed they were ours. I don't think we had official documents or anything. Then, of course, England was all like "NOT TODAY!" and stole them. And then we tried to get them back, saying they were ours because they're part of our land, and closer to our country. That's where the Falkland War comes in. We lost. Iggy took them (Which is why the Falkland Islands' flag is mainly English-oriented). But we've still been nagging them about it all these years. It's gotten especially bad recently. I think it's because it was recently the 30th anniversary of the Falklands War.
Then that's where Scotland comes in. They want independence. We want the Falkland Islands. So I think Scotland and Argentina might actually become an alliance, and take turns beating England senseless until they give us what we want.
EDIT: Ooo. The anniversary is today. Apparently Argentina's president is "marking 30th anniversary of end of Falklands war by attempting to reopen sovereignty talks".
