Name: South Korea [Im Yong Soo]
Gender: Male
Appearance: Generally wears traditional Korean garb, has dark brown hair with a curley-Q that sticks out. Supposedly contains his soul.
Personality:
Korea is a free-spirited type, obsessed with video games, dramas, studying abroad, and the internet. He always claims credit for others' inventions, and feels that his older brothers should call him their older brother.
Though he is fundamentally serious and likes to put the family first, he can't keep his hands off his brothers. He often uses phrases like, "Da-ze!" or "Uri nara mansae!", which means roughly "Hooray for our land!". When speaking to elders, however, he adopts more formal and polite speech.
It is said that he loves kimchi so much that he took it up into outer space, causing France to become pissed off.
Korea has also been shown to be very good at drawing, as can be seen in a comic strip with China in which he tried to teach his older brother how to draw anime.
It is also shown that Korea is very bright seeing that he was able to create the Mind-Reading Binoculars perfectly when Japan failed to do so. But the same comic strip also reveals how clueless he is when he tries to use the binoculars to see what China was thinking of him, only devastated to see that China is glad that Korea took the stuffed animals because he didn't want them. Korea concluded that "Korea didn't make them" because he believed they didn't work.
Relations with other chars:
He is obsessed with China and wants to be acknowledged by him, but his feelings are unrequited in general. When he "invented" a pair of mind-reading binoculars and saw that China despaired of his very presence, he believed that they were broken and as a result, he denied making them. (Something strange for his personality, considering he usually claims everything)
Korea sometimes claims to hate Japan, but also sometimes copies his work. He loves bothering Hong Kong as well as others in his 'family'.
Special abilities: Picks things up easily, (Gets the hang of things) though nothing in terms of superhuman abilities. Though, if he HAD to, whenever people tell me to pick a superpower, I always find loopholes and choose the ability to copy other peoples abilities.

AU-RELATED
Short range weapon of choice: I imagine Yong Soo using a chigiriki, which is basically a two-foot-long stick with a 2 1/2 foot chain connected to the top, that in turn having a spiked ball attached to it. Exciting, no? Or he could us kusari-gama. Or tessen. Or nunchucks. Or, or or...all of them?
Long range weapon of choice: I imagine (i love that word) him using some kind of sniper. Gotta love performing those long range brain surgeries. XD I can see him calming down enough (Le gasp!) to actually use one.
Duty position of your choice: Front Liner.
Bunk of choice: Top! (Because that is totally his personality)
Unless he gets kicked out by Leon.
OBLIGATORY FILLING
The buildings that where not square and not made of any type of glass were architectural achievements, huge twisted things, and buildings supported by a pencil’s width of steel, and buildings across streets from each other connected by huge arcing walkways with glass bottoms.
Cars raced down the roads, and were gone as quickly as you realized they were there. The train that Gilbert had been offered to take was set on a raised platform and went all around town, supported by corkscrew shaped columns.
Gilbert dodged two small children, a boy and a girl, ran by, both clutching brightly colored balloons in their small fists as they raced to catch up with parents. The albino smiled, remembering the days when he could run around without a care in the world, annoying the living daylights out of his own sibling, his sibling who, now, was taller, better built, and higher in rank than he was. The over achieving jerk.
Smelling curry on the air, Gilbert glanced up and saw the bright tents that were all jumbled together in an impossible mixture of sights, smells, directions, people, and cultures. Smiling to himself, the crimson-eyed man picked up his pace slightly, wanting to get there quicker now that he could see it.
Crossing the final street, Gilbert entered the market, pausing for a moment to take it all in before continuing. The papers his assignment leader had given him had said he had to go meet somebody who was running a clock business.
Diving into the bustling crowd of people, he wove through the crowd, catching sight of animal tamers, silk makers, and every kind of food one could possible imagine. Gilbert was tempted to stop on more than one occasion, but had learned from past experience that paying any amount of attention to any one vendor that wasn't expecting him would cause anxiety on the part of the seller, who thought he was going to be reported to the government.
Finally entering a quieter section of the market, Gilbert walked up and down the streets, watching an ice cream seller advertise his wares at an incredible volume, and the tea seller in the booth next to him sitting there with his hands over his ears and head on table. Gilbert smiled slightly, wishing his life could be even that much more carefree.
