"Yeah. We'll do fine." England gave America a supportive smile and slipped his hand into his boyfriend's, threading their fingers together and squeezing gently. "I'm going to sleep most of the time, but the quarantine beds are uncomfortable, so I don't think it'll be restful. I also have a lot to think about, so I'm sure that time will fly." He pushed the tarp of the hospital wing open and let America pass before going in after him. "And we'll be out and about before we know it."
The hospital wing was empty as well, and England wondered where everyone had gone, but figured he didn't really care at this point. As long as they weren't out stranded on roofs of their own, it didn't really matter. He'd worry about others once he finished worrying about himself, and about his lover, who counted less as 'someone else' and more like 'part of himself'.
They crossed the empty beds and the supply cabinets and England opened the door to the quarantine rooms, escorting America into the hallway and stopping in front of the first door on his left.
"I suppose I'll stay here. Set your timer to twelve hours before entering. I'm sure a medic will pass by and check on us once everybody gets back from wherever they are." England set his own timer as he spoke. He then turned and took both of America's hands in his, not really paying attention to their state of mutual nakedness, and pressing against him to listen to his heart beat.
"Thank you," he whispered, pressing a kiss to America's bare collarbone, and looking up to gaze into his eyes. "I wouldn't have made it without you. There's nobody else I'd rather be stranded with. You kept and still keep me alive." He smiled gently, and then stepped up on his toes a little to kiss him. "So thank you."
Before the gentle smile could flit off of his face, England turned around and let go of America's hands to open the door.
"I'll see you on the other side, love."
And he was gone.
