Finishing off the last of his horrible fruit cup and shuddering as the slimy pineapples traveled down his throat, America took hold of the paper towels. He felt pleased to be of use to the other nations. Plus, he was able to show off his strength and stamina, which was an absolute plus, in his opinion. "Sure!" he exclaimed, and winked at Lithuania. "Dude, that might be difficult. My power can barely be contained!"
He turned around, ready to get started on his work, but then realized he wasn't sure what he was supposed to de-rust. "Um...want me to work on the pipes or the door hinges? Or both?" He didn't want to seem slow, but he really wasn't sure if he was supposed to clean a certain metal or if they just wanted everything to be wiped down.

"Sure America. Sure" Lithuania laughed at the other. "Just start on that side of the room and we'll work across k?" He looked over to see the other nation had a slightly...puzzled look on his face. "If you wipe down any of the pipes or hinges that look stiff, or are discoloured. Thanks."

((I hope no one minds if Prussia joins! =u=))
"I'm so freaking bored," Prussia complained as he wandered idly toward the kitchen area of the Warehouse. There wasn't much to do just then, so he figured he might as well eat out of boredom. A wurst sounded really appetizing, actually. And perhaps some homemade mashed potatoes with butter. Though his chances of finding such food in the Warehouse's stockpile was rather slim, he couldn't prevent his mouth from watering.
Stepping into the kitchen, he saw Spain, Romano, America and Lithuania already gathered there. "What's up?!" he asked, looking around. "You didn't throw a party and forget to invite the Awesome Prussia, did you?" He wouldn't be that surprised about the others, but Spain was supposed to be his homeboy. The bastard!

"Oh, hello Prussia." Lithuania didn't turn round, but just kept rubbing at the pip, the paper towels not quite what he needed really. "We're tidying the kitchen up. Make sure we don't get listeria or salmonella."

"Oh, Prussia! Bienvenido! It's not much of a party, but you're free to join in with the work!" Spain looked around, evaluating the kitchen. Everything seemed to be coming together quite nicely. "Actually, I'm not sure if there's much left to do. Everyone's working so hard, everything is getting done faster!" He laughed, very proud of how everyone came together. It goes to show that no matter where you're from or who you are, we can all work together. "Though if you want, once this is done, I will need some help cleaning the rest of the warehouse and working on the greenhouse. Feel free to start anywhere you like!"

"Let's see!" Spain counted off on his fingers everything that was done. "Kitchen, swept. Counters, cleaned. Fridge and stove, inspected. Sink, cleaned. Pipes, working. Hinges, slowly being de-rusted... I think that's all to be done here!" Spain smiled, then raised his voice to get the attention of everyone else working. "Alright, everyone! Thank you very much for your hard work! I'll be working on the greenhouse next, if anyone would like to join me! If not, feel free to just relax in the Common room or do whatever you like."

Spain - quicker than you could say "tomato" - huggle-glomped his former charge. "Of course, Roma~! You're always welcome to help!" His face melted into a smile of pure bliss as he remembered "the good old days". "I remember when you were so tiny, you could barely even lift a basket of tomatoes after harvesting! You were so cute back then~" Careful not to make the Italian mad, he pinched the other brunette's cheek. "And you are still adorable now, too, Roma~!"

"Aw, are you going to hold that over me forever? I keep telling you, you could've asked another of the servants where it was~." After feeling like he hugged Romano enough (which was rare), he took Romano's hand and began dragging him towards the roof. "Vamanos, Roma! We have work to do on the greenhouse, remember?"

America smirked over at the two nations, shaking his head. "Weirdos," he mumbled before turning to Prussia. "Dude. You can help me de-rust whatever needs to be...de-rusted." He was really enjoying saying that word, for some reason that he himself couldn't fathom. It was just an entertaining word. Before he could start discussing said word with the others (which would make him look odd), he passed a few paper towels to Prussia. "Just...er, wipe away, I guess."
That being said, he made his way to some pipes that look rusted and began spraying and scrubbing, hoping that whatever-it-was-he-was-doing would work out.

"Ah, no party? How boring!" he said with a derisive laugh. "Well, I could help with the cleaning. I am actually pretty talented at that, you know!" he boasted, fondly remembering the times when Old Fritz would praise his organization and tidiness. Nowadays, however, he just let West do all the cleaning and found himself becoming lazier and lazier.
"Thanks, America," he said, taking the paper towels from the youthful nation. He set to work on the hinges of the cupboard doors, since America had the pipes taken care of. It took a bit of elbow grease, but eventually the rust was starting to wear down a bit and leave red-orange stains on the paper towels. "I bet we could get this place looking good in no time!" Thoroughly distracted by his task, his quest for food was completely forgotten.

America noticed that one pipe he was working on was starting to shine underneath the grime and muck covering it. Well, that's good news! he thought proudly, scrubbing even harder (though he did take Lithuania's words to heart and made sure he didn't break anything). He glanced over at Prussia and smirked. "It'll be easy enough, what with me helping you guys and all."
He honestly believed that everything went quicker with himself around. When he was accidentally ruining things, that is. Finishing one of the pipes, he moved over to the next one, which was slightly less rusty. Yep. Easy as pie.
