BASIC INFO
Name: Respubliki Bielaruś / Republic of Belarus [Natalia Arlovskaya]
Gender: Female
Appearance: She is of a fairly average height although she does not best her siblings, dressed in a dark navy blue maid's dress with a couple of ribbons and bows adorning the torso and back. A white bow sits perfectly atop her head, long platinum blonde hair flowing down past her shoulders and her usually stoic eyes a purple hue.
Personality: But don't let her attire fool you; while the rather feminine outfit she wears and her general quietness could call for someone seemingly innocent and shy, she is quite far from it. She is a reserved person and prefers to keep away from people she is unfamiliar with or does not consider a friend. Her expression is most likely of little emotion and she tends to not often smile, but there are a few selective things she allows to change this.
She is a harsh woman who most often takes out her frustration on others preferably with the beloved blade that never leaves its place in a scabbard at her side. She has a distrust toward other nations by default and does not treat anyone with kindness or sympathy, likely to make others feel rather uncomfortable just by her presence. It isn't always that she intends to do this and will sometimes question herself as to why she is believed to be frightening.
If her mind is set on something then she will go out of her way to get at it, disliking the very idea of giving up. She won't allow herself to be forced into doing something (but has no problem in forcing others to do certain things she finds suit), approaching things at her own pace. It isn't difficult for something to ignite her temper, but she tries not to let herself become subject to sadder emotions, rather keeping herself as calm and collected as she can.
While she takes a liking to seeing pain in those she believes deserve it, she can be very affectionate to those whom she is close to. She will look out for family and closer friends and won't back down to administering harsh threats to those who pose a possible peril, but is careful not to upset those she is close to in the process. She has a possessiveness fueled by dependency on those she loves and will make sure to do whatever she can to show that someone or something belongs to her, no matter what the obstacle may be.
Relations with other chars: It is difficult for her to open up or for anyone to gain her friendship as she is generally untrusting of other people, but it is potentially possible. She has a strong infatuation bordering obsession toward her brother Russia and automatically dislikes anyone who opposes him, especially the Baltics.

That was enough of an answer to please Ivan all the more, giving the other nation's hand a squeeze. And rather than looking at the various scenery that they were passing by, he took advantage of the moment to watch Yao in admiration – how short he was and how small, slender and feminine his figure was. The long length of his dark hair and how the loose strands flowed freely in the breeze, the softness of his skin – almost involuntarily Ivan tightened the grip he now had on Yao's smaller hand, although his thoughts abruptly stopped as the other nation began slowing down. He reluctantly pulled his gaze from Yao and instead looked ahead of them; there was a glimpse of yellow appearing from over the brim of the small hill they were on that increased more and more as they moved in. Spots of brown appeared in pattern upon the lush green below, revealing itself to be a field of sunflowers. The tall stalks swayed softly where they stood.
The Chinese took a breath and went to remove his hand from the Russian's, but the other man's secure grasp hadn't yet let go. Yao peered up at the tall nation, blinking in surprise upon noticing how wide Ivan's eyes were. They were pooling with tears as he gazed rather dreamily at the field ahead of him, the reflection of the flowers just nearly visible in their purple hue.
“E-eh?! Is something wrong aru?” Yao blurted, noticing that Ivan looked just about ready to start crying – but his smile was still there. He was panicking on the inside, unable to figure out how Ivan was reacting.
Ivan only breathed Yao's name before pulling his hand from the other's and beginning to descend down the hill. He held his arms out at his sides and let his fingertips brush across the stems and petals of the sunflowers as he meandered through them. They were even taller than he was, making him feel blissfully surrounded and warm and as if he was merely walking through a dream, or perhaps a beautiful painting. He felt at home despite this not even being his own country, getting so carried away in his thoughts that he was no longer paying attention to where his legs were taking him, but beaming all the while.
Yao quickly tread after him, already barely able to keep up with the pace and direction of the other man. The flowers appeared to engulf Ivan as he advanced forward and suddenly he was out of sight. “I didn't bring here so you could run away from me aru!” Yao huffed, trying to see a glimpse of the large nation but all he got in return was the faint, distant sound of laughter. It was like chasing a young child around all over again.

ABOUT THE ROLEPLAYER
About yourself: My name is Jenna but you can call me Jen, I'm turning 16 this month and I live in Massachusetts~ I'll admit I'm not much of an anime fan at all with the exception of Hetalia, but I do love writing, drawing, reading fantasy and being a video game nerd, and I completely love The Beatles.
Pairing friendly?: My favorite pairings pretty much only involve my favorite characters. RoChu, BelRus, FraRus, BelKor, IreBel, SuFin, but I am lenient with plenty more. I strongly dislike RusPrus, RusAme, AmeBel and LietPol.
Personal note to anyone reading your application: Of course I'd love to roleplay with you all~ I've been a “serious” roleplayer for about seven years.
