Norway felt a hand on his back. It was America. The nordic country sighed and said, "Hello America." It was kind of forced but he didt like anyone touchig him at the moment. "Could you please get your hand off of me? Please?" He asked glaring at the nation.
Yes he knew that the American was his husbands brother but still! He didnt want to be touched! He tried not to glare anymore at the american but it was harder then it looked. He was so obnoxious sometimes. He wondered how England of all people could put up with him.

"Finally! Let's get started!"
He smiled at Argentina, he had never been that close to her, but appreciated her support. Korea was practically bouncing up and down the plastic chair he was sitting on. Why didn't the briefing start already!

"Well, we are missing a couple of people, but... since the dope is here, I guess we could start before his attention span, or lack thereof, diverts his attention to something less important." England huffed and patted the seat next to him. "Get over here, git."
"Alright, so let's get started. This is the briefing for mission codenamed Caerulea, and for which I have decided to send you. There will be three squads this time as well, and all of them will have different missions to accomplish. Now let it be known that the zombies we fight every day aren't our only enemies. Recently, there have been sighting of new types of zombies, zombies with overgrown muscles, protrusions, and bodies that are much, much bigger than regular humans'. And we don't know anything about them."
His gaze went around the table, and he got up to start pacing.
"This is where we come in. We can't eradicate a threat if we don't know what it is. So we're going on a scouting type mission, to find, study, and create a profile of the new enemy we're supposed to be fighting." he stopped his pacing and turned to the nations massed at the table. "The three teams will each have different goals. One of them will be in charge of field study, to approach the new types of zombies and observe them, note their habits and apparent skills, and make a profile of them. The other squad will be sent to fight them, to see if they are any different than regular zombies. And finally, the last squad will be in charge of the most perilous mission." his eyes flashed. "Cutting one of their heads off, restraining it, and bringing it back so that we can ship it to Europe and have their scientists, with their advanced technology, study a live specimen and get us more information."
He stopped a second to let the nations digest the information, and then leaned down, over the table.
"Any questions so far?"

Well, wasn't Norway in a pissy mood today? As was England, but that was to be expected- England was always grumpy and rude. Muttering under his breath, America switched seats to sit beside the island nation, who was starting the meeting. He did brighten considerably, however, when he noticed they only started the meeting when he arrived.
So they were waiting on him. 'Cause he was the hero of this entire thing. Awesome.
He listened intently to what England had to say, remembering the zombie that the two of them, plus Canada, had seen. He wanted to just add in how big it was, so the other nations wouldn't underestimate what it could do, but decided against it. This was a serious meeting, not one of those World Meetings where he could blurt things out without the possibility of missing something rather important (because nothing important was ever discussed at those things).
Once England asked for questions, America glanced around. Well, no one else was going to say anything, so he figured he might as well. "Got one." He raised his hand, though he didn't wait for England to call on him. "Um, how the hell are we supposed to take down one of those zombies alive? I mean, they're huge and we don't know a thing about 'em, so what if they just, like...kill us before we can get to them?"
He thought it was a pretty darn good question. And a pretty exciting mission, actually. Not the whole 'observing' part. Nope, he wanted to get in on the action, even if he knew how dangerous it would be.

"Maybe a diversion must be created?" Malaysia tried to answer America's question. It should be that, she mean, if they were going to be big and stronger than usual, then should'nt a diversion be created so that one slice off the head while the other distracts the thing?
Well it was surppose to be England to answer so she should'nt say much more.

"Elements of surprise? I agree with Malaysia, if we find some of these new zombies then distract it and then swoop in."
His favourite tactic, it always worked.
But this did sound worrying. Anyone on the last team would be in a lot of danger...especially if these new zombies were that dangerous...But as long as they worked together in a team they should be fine.
"So, England, whose on which team?" Lithuania didn't claim to be an expert on 'sensing the mood' but it was obvious that if Argentina and England, or Norway and Denmark were on the same team, sparks were going to fly.

Argentina had been listening silently - for once - as England explained their situation. Her eyebrows raised in pure curiosity and interest as England described in detail with what they were supposed to be going up against. "...The zombies you just described sound like every guy I've ever dated." She rolled her brightly-colored eyes and listened as the other nations discussed, trying to figure out how to take down one of these things. Argentina decided to give her input.
"Surprise isn't a bad idea. Then again, we know nothing about these new brutes. What if they aren't just physically stronger than the other zombies? What if they were also mutated in such a way where they also have better senses? Smell, sight, hearing... is it possible that the 'element of surprise' just down right doesn't apply to them?"
Once she had finished, she folded her arms over her chest. "Not trying to be pessimistic, just looking in a 'what if' perspective..."

"I wanna know what the teams are!" Korea bounced around on the balls of his feet. Who would they be? He couldn't think of anybody he didn't particularly want to be teamed up with...Well...There were one or two...
Hearing Argentina's remark, Korea made a 'pffft' noise and mockingly flapped a hand in her direction. "I can beat anything!"

"I think we need to layer these groups. Have the observer team go in a day or two before the others. If we want to fight them and eventually get there head we need to have the observers have there weaknesses down and ready incase we get into more danger then we are already in." Norway said this all in a rush. He was lisening closely to the others but he belived that this would be the best awnser, at least he hoped it would be.
"I would also like to know what teams we're on. I dont think there's enough of us to make the teams yet though." The nordic said rubbing his chin and looking at everyone. If they were going to make a team they wouldnt have a big one.

"Everybody, calm down! Please, one question or comment at a time!" England called for order, and waited, arms crossed, until the chaos had died down. "I will announce the teams in a moment. As for America's question, there is only one answer, and it's simple to guess."
He then bit his lip pensively, wondering how he should put it as not to stress the nations too much.
"Well.... We just hope they don't." he shrugged, wincing. "I mean... we don't know anything about them, so we can't make tactics, so we'll just have to go in and improvise. That's why I'm only sending the best balanced squad on the last part of the mission: because it's going to be the most demanding one." he then turned his eyes to the rest of the nations. "That's why I advise you not to take too much time sneaking up on them. For all we know, they have super hearing, or hypersensitive smelling capabilities and can sense you coming before you can even see them."
England then left the nations to mull over the new information, striding over to where he'd left his paper and picking it up.
"Here are the teams. There will be no changes, so I best not hear your whining." he gruffly added before starting to read. "On the observation team, there will be Argentina, Norway and Lithuania, with Lichtenstein and Spain standing by for backup. One unfortunate thing is that I need the scientists here to help me treat the information as it comes in, so I couldn't send any on the observation team... Which is why Lithuania will be in charge of securing the perimeter, Norway will find a vantage point to observe from, and Argentina will conduct the ground studies. I trust you all have the skills to complete your parts of the mission."
He then turned to the other nations.
"On the engaging squad, I picked out Denmark, South Korea, and Malaysia, with Canada and Romano standing by as backup. The only medic will be with you two, since you will be fighting to the death with these things. Malaysia, you're going to stand back and observe them from afar, as well as secure the perimeter, while your teammates fight. You two will be in charge of evaluating their abilities, strengths and weaknesses, and fighting style."
And finally, he turned to the remaining nations and paused for a moment.
"Russia, America, you'll take Scotland with you as backup, and you will be in charge of bringing back the head. You're two of my strongest fighters, along with a third one most brutal and barbaric as backup, and I trust you'll be able to take care of it well enough." He didn't mention that he hadn't given them the medic because if any of them on that squad got bitten... they would have no chance of survival.
"Any questions before you are dismissed?"

Argentina tapped her fingernails on the table as she listened for her teammates. Norway and Lithuania, two nations who were much older and probably more experienced than Argentina. Spain was a fighter, Tina knew that from many personal spars with him in past wars. Having him for backup would be a good advantage as well. If Liechtenstein was sent out with them... well, Argentina only hoped she knew how to defend herself properly in scenario where they are forced to engage these zombies.
Liechtenstein was petite and oh-so sweet and innocent. She usually had her big brother, Switzerland, to protect her. Maybe Argentina has the "petite" part, but she certainly has fought her fair share of hand-to-hand. She wasn't going to sell Liechtenstein short, however. Argentina had never witnessed the small European nation in battle, and therefore hadn't the slightest idea what she was capable of.
Tina didn't have a question that had not already been answered, so she sat-crossed legged and didn't say a word. She was already pondering over the possible skills of her teammates. At least they didn't get one of the more dangerous assignments. They would only need to get close enough to observe and take notes. Hopefully, they would only need to fight one of those things if the situation truly called for self-defense.

The only problem America saw with all of this was working with Russia. He didn't mind being given the dangerous mission. If anything, he was excited for that. He loved adventure, and he was America, meaning no harm would come while he was around. Hell, he didn't even mind not being given a medic, no matter what the implications of that meant (he was pretty sure England was hinting that, should they be bit by one of the mutated zombies, their chances of surviving were slim). Nope. None of that bothered him. He could easily handle that sort of thing.
It was just Russia. How would they be able to work together? There was still a lot of tension between the two of them and America was certain that it would get in the way of their mission. We worked fine during World War II, he told himself, gritting his teeth and trying not to glare at Russia. I can do it again. Piece of cake. If I can face death, I can work with Russia. All he had to do was make sure that commie knew just who exactly was in charge. Which, come to think of it, wouldn't be an easy task- America was positive that Russia hated him as much as he hated Russia.
Still, they could try. This was a life-or-death mission. They could put aside their differences for a little bit, just to accomplish their task. America gave a resigned sigh. No point in delaying the inevitable. England said not to whine about the teams (and America had a distinct feeling that was directed towards him), so he wouldn't whine. He'd show the world he was mature about this. "Fine," he mumbled, rolling his eyes. "I'm team leader, though."
Just so Russia understood who was boss.

Malaysia nodded her head and look at her teamates south korea and denmark. Thats when she suddenly notice South korea. He was sitting there the whole time and she did not even realise him, how stupid of her, not even realising her closest friend. Malaysia felt a little guilty of not noticing him. He stay with her during the times she was under Japan's rule. When at times she felt like giving up, he was "always" there to make sure she does'nt give up in herself. ((not that i put (") at always as most of the time SK only comes to annoy her or play with her when he is bored.))
Malaysia raised up her left hand. "Um... What other medical equipment do i need to bring for this mission? Must i go ask Nihhon-sama to make me some anitdotes?" When Malaysia was under the control of Japan, he made her call him Nihhon-sama, making it an habit she cant stop. Although Japan was'nt very kind to her, she always look up to him, even though he killed her people and almost left her to "die". Malaysia was very rough and stubborn at the past, but when it comes to older people, she controls her wildness and sort of be polite.
She looked at England and waited for his answer. Hopfully he heard her through the commotion going on.

Lithuania nodded, observation, that wouldn't be too hard. He looked at his companions for this mission, Norway again, and Argentina. He knew a bit more about Norway now, more than he had done when they'd started their other mission, but he still knew next to nothing about Argentina. They'd have to have a quick chat before so that he knew how she operated.
"Please...uh, Please could you be a bit more specific when you say 'secure the perimeter'...uh, please?" Lithuania had almost no clue what England meant by that.

"I honestly doubt you'll have to bring antidote vaccines since these things most probably don't infect us the same way as regular zombies do, so I would doubt the effectiveness of the vaccine. If it gives you peace of mind, you're welcome to ask Japan for a dose or two. Asides that, take the reguar first-aid kit, along with the slightly more critical injury treatments like splints, needles and thread for stitches, and please take a lot of bandages." England answered Malaysia's question calmly. "You're the medic here, so I'm leaving it to your discretion. Take what you think is necessary, and don't forget to bring plenty of water."
He then caught Lithuania's question and turned to answer him, too.
"Securing the perimeter? Oh, that's just vocabulary for making sure that no other significant masses of zombies are converging towards you. Scout ahead on all sides, constantly, and moving in a circle, to make sure that the only threat you have to worry about is the only enemy in your sight. If there are a few wandering zombies entering your safety perimeter, you can dispatch them. If you feel like you would be overwhelmed, return to a safer spot, like up a tree, and make sure your teammates have done the same. And under any circumstances, do NOT reveal yourselves." Figuring he may as well mention the detail, he turned to the other nations again.
"The three sub-divisions are very different from one another! The first squad will have to use stealth a lot more than the offensive. The second will just have to run into battle and hack away. The third will have to fight a calculated battle. I have picked you for your skills, so I trust you will be able to complete your respective goals. If there are no more questions, I will reveal your respective mission locations."
