With the end of the tournament round by forfeit, Scotland had a bottle of vodka with the competitors' names on it. Due to his Empire stage, Scotland was used to winning battles and then dealing with the defeated. Normally this involved Scotland, Wales or England plastering a 'property of Great Britain' on the defeated party and then slapping anyone who protested. This was no longer the case in this day and age, as everyone was more interested in putting the defeated back onto their own feet and then making treaties and deals with them. The fact they were in no position to refuse just made everything better.
Since this was just a tournament and everyone in the compound was depending on each other, Scotland went to make nice. The only person he wasn't ready to make nice with was Spain, because their fight had been interrupted and left open-ended. One of these days he was going to catch Spain alone and finish settling their differences. After the fiasco of drinking at his bunk, he decided this time to have the event in the common room.
He'd already mentioned sharing a bottle to the two other competitors; now it was just a matter of getting everyone together in the same place at the same time. Lithuania was probably off doing something considerate, and he had no idea what Argentina did in her personal time. Only one way to solve this. Still carrying the bottle of vodka, he went looking for Lithuania first. If he planted Lithuania at a table in the common room, he got the feeling Lithuania would stay put. He didn't believe Argentina would do the same.
[So he's going to look for Lithuania. Lithuania can decide where he's found.]
