Appearance: Weak,Tanned skin,hair curl on right side of head,dark brown hair and powerful running legs.
Personality:Cursy.Swears-alot.Doesn’t like personal space invaded,is very tsundere...meaning that he is very sensitive,and will often say one thing,but if it displays caring to another,he will take it back.Also has trouble showing positive emotions.He is most likely like this because of people using him in his childhood,and always being lower than his younger brother.
He hates perverts.He loves tomatoes.He hates people that are mean to him and Feliciano,but can’t do anything about it.Weak.Tries to act intimidating,to hide his weakness.
Relations with other chars: (This may change)Francis:Bad,Hates him.
Antonio:Acts like he hates him,even though they are very close.
Feliciano:They are Bros,but because Lovino is tsundere,he is still mean.
Turkey:Holds a grudge for the whole "I will kidnap you,child!" thing,back when Spain was his boss.
Germany:Hates him for being close with Feliciano.
He is sorta a turd,and calls people "Basturds" alot.Since he was in the Axis,the Allies might bear a grudge.
Special abilities:Running fast.If somebody he is close to is in immediate danger,he will get a boost of power and courage,allowing him to save them without fear.
Short range weapon of choice: Sword,Steel.(Like the Steel Greatsword in Skyrim!)
Long range weapon of choice: Lightweight Machine gun,automatic fire rate.Or a Sniper...you can snipe with both,if COD Black Ops has taught me anything....
Duty position of your choice: Sniper.
Bunk of choice: Top,Chigi~!

As a recap since the second world war,Huge technological advances were made,mostly due to America and Japan. The “Idealistic Tomorrow”-Robots to do every body's bidding,more high-tech weapons,What everybody wants. But,the cultural style stayed in the 50’s,so things like dresses on females and suits on men stayed,so did the music. Everybody still bickered,but it got worse and worse until.......
America and Russia started to nuke each other.
The world was perplexed. They had agreed to not fire nukes,but the two superpowers had just screwed the world,had loaded and cocked the gun that would shoot humanity in the foot.
Italy looked at Romano. They would be safe,right? They were weak,maybe enough so that the other Nations would just leave them alone,right?
How terribly wrong he was......
