Canada opened the closest cabinet and looked inside. It took him five minutes of searching through it until he gave up and decided that there was no tea to be found. At least not inside this cabinet. He walked over to the next one and started to search for the tea packets all over again. They couldn't be on top of the refrigerator, who else drank tea except for England?
Luckily Canada didn't have to dwell on that thought for much longer. All the way in the back was a tin box that looked like it might hold tea. When he pulled the box out of the cabinets and opened it, several white pieces of paper came pouring out. When he got a closer look at them, he realized that they weren't pieces of paper after all. These were the tea packets that he had been searching for. With a sigh of relief, Canada took three of the packets and carefully placed the rest back into the tin box. The box was placed back into the cabinet where he had found them.
All three of the tea packets were torn open and one placed inside each of the cups. Canada took the water that had been boiling this entire time and began to pour some into the first cup. However, he stopped before the water could enter the cup. How much water was he supposed to put in each of the cups? He felt so useless, how could he be helping by asking such silly questions? He hoped that England wouldn't mad at him asking so many questions. Again, Canada shouted into the other room "I found the tea packets, but how much water do I put into the cups?"
