Name: Israel (Levi Chertok)
Gender: Male
Appearance: Levi is of medium stature, reaching perhaps just as high as Italy if not an inch shorter. His hair is dark and cut very short, eyes a deep shade of brown, and his skin is farely tanned seeing that he lives in the desert. His body is very well fit, sporting a little muscle. His usual outfit that he wears is his army uniform consisting of a dark green shirt with short sleeves, knee length cargo shorts of the same color, and a pair of brown combat boots. Since he is almost always in harsh sunlight, he usually has a pair of black sunglasses covering his eyes. When he doesn't need them he allows them to sit up top his head until needed once more. Around his neck he has a silver Star of David seeing how he is Jewish but usually keeps it hidden under his shirt to keep it safe.
Personality: Levi is very reserved though that does not mean he is shy. He is distant towards other nations having been a target for years and finds it hard to trust them all save a few. He is a very straightforward man, never sugar coating it. When he wants to say something about another nation he will say it as bluntly as possible and with little shame and at times delicacy should it be embarressing or not. When it comes to women he is very polite and is not in anyway shy around them. Though not a ladies man like say the Italy brothers, he is rather straightforward in what he wants (such as if he wants marriage he'll flat out say it). Though he might seem like a rock, he is actually very sensitive but never lets on to anyone. Levi is proud of his heritage and his culture and if it should be insulted would find there is hell to pay! Though he tries to keeps things harmonous, Levi proves that when riled up he can be just as violent as his brother, Palestine.
Relationships with other Nations:
Syria and Palestine- Siblings. Since Israel had been made a nation, Israel, Syria and Palestine had been at eachother's throats fighting over everything, from land to water rights. Their fights get so violent that its caught the attention of other nations. Many have attempted to help them make peace and create treaties but as soon as there is some peace one sibling will do something to the other and it all falls apart. Though they do seem to hate each other, Levi still does care about his siblings he just doesn't know how to show it or how to handle their extreme differences. After fighting with his them, Levi can be found sporting broken ribs, fingers and at times legs depending on what the fight was about.
Germany- Enemy turned Ally. The two had a very rough and hostile beginning because of the Holocaust. After Israel was finally made a nation, Germany sought to make an alliance which Levi refused. After many decades when Levi saw how Germany had changed his ways and finally made an alliance with him. The two now share a close friendship finding that they share much of their beliefs with one another such as politics or economy.
Turkey- Best friends. The two had been friends for a very long time since before Israel was reconized as its own independent nation. Turkey was one of the very few who reconized him and stood by him in his quest to become a nation. After it was accomplished the two worked together to help strengthen Levi's army, Turkey offering up his lands for training grounds which Levi in return allowed him to use his skies for Airforce training. When Turkey is attacked by Palestine, Israel will come immediately and help his friend handle his violent brother. When the brothers are having disputes Turkey is one of the first ones called to mediate the two.
Egypt- Enemy turned Ally. In the beginning, Levi and Gupta's relationship was very difficult and rather violent because of Egypt's relationship with Palestine. However, the two managed to finally make peace and signed a treaty that made them both allies. Over the years however, that treaty has constantly been threatened by activist groups, rebellion and political debates between the two nations. Israel fears of making Gupta his enemy because of his power, but is assured by him that he will not break off their treaty. Of course Levi has a hard time believing that, seeing how it wouldn't be the first time someone has made such a promise and broke it without a second thought. Though they seem to be friends now, Levi can tell that Gupta tends to favor Palestine more seeing how he seems to let him off with little punishment when Levi has been abused.
Czech Republic- Close friend and Crush. Along with Turkey, Czech Republic (known as Czechoslovakia at the time) was one of the first to reconized him and stood by him during the process. They remained good friends after WWII but it seemed to end when she started sending him hurtful letters (which were really from Russia who sought to break off their ties). After she broke from Russia's power and became Czech Republic, she assured him that they were still friends and offered up her new lands for his men to train to prove it. When she sought to train her own soldiers in desert-like conditions for an upcoming war no one offered her assistance except for Israel thinking it to be the perfect way to thank her for everything she had done for him. Over the years he had developed a crush on her which he will show openly seeing how straightforward he is. He can tell that the feeling isn't mutual but is ready and willing to work hard for it!
America- Close friend. Levi finds Alfred to be a very close friend and very important ally. Though good friends they have had their share of ups and downs as well as arguements. Such as when America told Israel that exicuting Palestinians accused of terroism was ridiculious which Levi then brought up the fact that his nation wanted Osama Bin Laden 'dead or alive'. Aside from this America has always given Levi his support when it is needed and will help to defend him from other nations who look to hurt him. Recently it seems America is very interested in making Israel and Palestine make peace already which has shown little progress seeing how Palestine refuses to show up to the mediations.

Sample RP test:
The three siblings sat in silence around the table their dark eyes glaring at one another with enough fire and fury to match that of the holy flames of hell itself. Sat at the front of the table was one Alfred F. Jones who looked over them quietly. He didn't have a clue of what to say to them. His eyes stared at Stesha, a young Syrian beauty, her dark hair braided back as it hung just at her right shoulder. The one across from her was a young Palestinian boy named Ishmeal, his long messy hair in tangles his dark skin covered in dirt and blood and his clothes were completely tattered. And the one at the opposite end was none other than Levi, a very distinguished man hailing from Israel. He was currently the main center of attention of his brother and sister who were glaring at him with so much hatred you'd never guess they were brothers and sister except for one detail; their eyes were all the same dark brown that almost appeared as black as night.
Alfred wasn't sure of what to do or what to say. These siblings were how you say...disfunctunal. Already that was sugarcoating it; they were far from dysfunctional, they were just crazy, always coming after each other with knives, swords bombs whatever the hell could be used as a weapon to inflict harm onto one another. If it were up to him he would not be here, he would of let someone else handle to mediation between the three crazies. But he was forced by his code of honour; Levi was a very close friend and important ally and what were his problems soon became part of the American's focus. So here he was, in blistering hot desert conditions and inside a stuffy consolate with the intent to help broker peace. Taking in a deep sigh he looked up with deep determination in his blue eyes; nothing was going to be accomplished from just sitting here twittling his thumbs.
"Okay listen up!" The three siblings look up suddenly when the American stood up suddenly and slammed his palms on the table while giving them all dead serious looks that made them swallow hard in nervousness. Once gaining their attention, Alfred spoke once more.
"You three got issues that we are going to deal with right here and right now...and we are not leaving here until you all make a peace treaty!"
