Argentina stood, leaning against the wall of the greenhouse. She gave a sigh and eyed the delicious, fresh vegetables sitting just within her grasp.. and Argentina found herself struggling not to drool at the sight. She was hungry, but knew better than to simply take the food that was meant for everyone without even asking permission.
Argentina gave a weary look around. One little fruit couldn't hurt, right? Just to hold her over until dinner. Argentina slunk into the greenhouse and knelt down, plucking a ripe tomato off of it's stem. She took a small bite and immediately relaxed when she felt the juicy red sensation touch her tongue. It wasn't the Argentine pastries that Tina had grown so fond of, but it was certainly better than nothing, especially since she'd grown up around Spain and Romano.. and we know how that would end up anyhow.
Argentina stood up fully and eyed the rest of the stalks of fruits and vegetables lining the greenhouse. She leaned up against the wall on her shoulder and continued munching on her tomato she had picked, enjoying each bite.

Humming a flamenco song under his breath, Spain shifted his bag of gardening supplies to his other shoulder, ready to start the days work. Keeping the greenhouse tidy, after all, was a challenge unto itself.
He opened the enforced glass door and slipped in, sealing it behind him as usual. He was about to begin his work when he saw someone stealing a precious tomato!
"Señorita," He tapped the young woman on the shoulder with a dangerous smile. "I do believe you didn't ask permission to eat that."
When she turned to him, he noticed that she looked very familiar. He knew he knew her from somewhere, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. Then again he had a lot of former colonies, so it wasn't too surprising that he often would mix them up. "Would you mind telling me your name, señorita?"

Argentina's eyes widened and she quickly stuffed the remainder of the tomato in her pocket, wiping away any juice from her face with her sleeve. She blinked a few times and, unlike Spain, quickly recognized the man whom stood before her. "Spain..?" Argentina frowned, cocking her jaw. "I-it's me.. Tina. Argentina. Lucia.." She sort of felt disappointed. "Erm, y-you do remember me, right?" Normally Argentina would be mad in a case like this... but she was too hungry to start giving people lectures right now.

Spain raised his eyebrows at her attempt to hide the tomato. "Nice try, chica." He swiftly plucked it out of her pocket and finished it off. "Tina... Lucia?" CLICK. "TINA~~~!" He cooed, wrapping his strong arms around her and lifting her into the air. "Tina~! Dios mio! You've grown so much! I didn't even recognize you at first!" That was incredibly obvious, but he had to say it anyway. "My, you've grown into such a beautiful woman~"

Argentina squeaked as she was hoisted up into the air. Despite Spain saying she had "grown into a beautiful woman"... she couldn't help but feel like a child in the way he was holding her like this.
Argentina blushed and puffed out her cheeks, avoiding looking into his bright green eyes. "Por Dios. Did I really need to remind you who I was? You certainly haven't changed much yourself..." Argentina whimpered out. She was happy to see Spain and all.. in fact; she's extatic. But like hell was she going to let Spain know that.

"I'm sorry, Tina~" He apologized, setting her down. "I didn't mean to; I've just been really busy lately and I haven't seen you in so long..." In some sort of reconciliation, Spain ruffled her hair. "But I'm glad that I am seeing you now. It lets me know you're alright." Like with other nations and their former colonies, even if they declared independence, they still cared about them. Sure, not like they used to, but in Spain's mind, they were still like family. And he didn't want any of his younger siblings to get hurt in this hell.

Argentina sighed when her hair was ruffled, but didn't object. She simply flattened it all back into place again when he removed his hand... well, except for that one little piece of hair that always stood up. That simply stayed as it was.
"Of course I'm alright." Argentina straightened out her posture and patted her chest. "You don't honestly think I'd give up that easily, do you? A little zombie outbreak won't stop me. No, en absoluto! You should give me more credit than that."
She couldn't help hiding a small smile that managed to form on her face. It did feel nostalgic to be with Spain again. For a moment, Tina could almost forget that there was a zombie apocalypse going on just outside of the walls of this warehouse, on the ground... almost.

"So I guess that means I shouldn't worry about you anymore, eh?" He teased a bit, knowing that she'd react like Roma would: hiding the fact they care. "No matter what you say, you'll always be mi hermanita~." Remembering that he came here to work, he set his pack down and sat against the glass. What? Just because he remembered he had work didn't mean he was going to do it right this minute.
"How have you been, anyway?" He asked, closing his green eyes and blowing some bangs out of his face. "I haven't heard from you in forever, after all."

Argentina blushed at Spain's comment about 'not worrying', but didn't say anything in response. She looked away and sat up against the glass as well, looking down and sighing.
Argentina twirled the end of her braid around her finger, looking down. "You mean before or after se desató el infierno?" She asked rather rhettorically. There Argentina goes again, her Spanish unconciously slipping around on her tongue and making its way into her English. She didn't seem to even notice, though, and went on.
"I guess things were going alright as far as politics and economy goes, before this whole thing happened.." Argentina glanced at Spain. "..Or. Did you perhaps mean on a more personal level? I can't see you really caring about my country's political or economical views."

"Either or." He replied, shifting slightly so she could join him. "For both questions. It's not every day we get to catch up so calmly." Spain chuckled, recollecting the little spats they used to have. Such a fiery little nation she was growing up. "As as much as I would love to hear about politics, I'd prefer to hear how you're doing as a 'person'. Something HAD to have happened without my knowing."
Suddenly, a brilliant idea came to him. "You know what would be interesante? If we could find un balón de fútbol! Then we could have a huge fútbol game between all the nations here just like old times!" Oh, memories of FIFA. Many, many memories of FIFA.

Argentina sighed, pulling her knees up to her chest and hugging them. "Nothing really interesting.. honestly. Or at least nothing that can come to me at the moment." She gave a pause and pursed her lips together at the mention of a football game.
"Fútbol? You really want to?" Argentina asked questioningly, raising an eyebrow. She seemed pretty interested at the thought. "It wouldn't be bad, I suppose." Argentina smirked dangerously, basicly giving Spain a "I-hope-you-know-I-won't-go-easy-on-you" look... yeah. That 2010 FIFA, when Spain won? Argentina let him win. Seriously. Not joking. Getting eliminated was just her way of letting him win.
Tina flicked her braid over her shoulder and glancing at Spain. "But it'll be pretty hard getting everyone to agree to that, you know..."

Spain stared incredulously at her. "Really? Nothing?" Hell, in the time they were apart, Romano and he had plans for getting married and she had nothing. "Well, I don't want to bore to you too much with what's happened with me, but as family I suppose you should know." A soft, yet embarrassed smile graced his lips. "Roma and I are planning on getting married when this whole ordeal is done. I can't wait."
He flicked her nose playfully and smiled. "Sí! I don't see why not. It'll be good for everyone. And how hard can it be? Everyone loves it! Even America, who can't even call it the right name!"

Argentina shrugged. "Well, we can try.." She let her words trail off a bit. Wow.. marriage? Really? Tina wasn't surprised to hear this news... but she did feel a small twinge in the pit of her stomach at hearing this. A longing feeling.
Argentina felt rather stupid now. Here she was, saying "nothing" when asked what she'd been up to for the past one hundred years or so. Sure, Argentina wouldn't admit it, but she used to have a crush on Spain when she was a teenager. That's pretty much the whole reason she declared independence with the rest of Rio de Plata; Jealousy of the attention he gave to Romano. After independence, though, those "Feelings" drifted farther and farther away... but this still hurt her, even in the tiniest bit. Possibly due to knowing that Spain had completely gone on with his life, Romano as well.. while she did... "nothing". No marriage. No new relationships. Not even any new friendships. Alliances. Nothing.
Tina swallowed hard as these thoughts buzzed around in her head. "Wow.. Marriage. Th-that's a big deal~!" She forced a smile. "I'm so happy for you both! I always knew you'd wind up together, after all."

"Thanks!" Spain beamed like his famous sunny sky. He truly was absolutely ecstatic about the future wedding. "You know, if you'd like, you could help out with us." In fact, they really didn't have many people actually partaking in the ceremony. Norway was the Maid (Man?) of honor, France the Best Man, Prussia the priest... that was it. They didn't have much planned for the reception, actually. "We do need someone to plan the reception or make the cake..."

Tina raised a brow, trying to avoid showing that feeling in her stomach like someone was plucking her small intestine like a guitar string. "H-help out? Of course I'd be willing to help out." She smiled, and the feeling slowly subsided. It's time to grow up, after all. Argentina wasn't about to freak out over this. She was happy for the two.. she just needed to swallow this all down.
Tina brushed her bangs out of her face. "I could help with the reception, at least a bit. I've never helped plan a wedding before, but I can try." She said and patted her chest with pride. "You can definitely leave the cake up to me, though! Baked goods are my especialidad, after all. The best kind of bakeries are always Argentine, of course~" Argentina smirked and leaned back comfortably. "Nowhere else can you find any pastries or delicacies that can compare."
