"Something is going on isn't it?" asked Canada. "You two wouldn't be talking in secret if everything was fine. It's me, right? I did something wrong, and now you're both upset with me. I'm not going to go to bed when I've made everyone mad at each other." He could guess what he had done, it wasn't too hard to figure out. America wasn't supposed to know about their relationship, and there was no other reason to talk to Norway.
"I'm sorry I did this to you America, I'm so sorry. I couldn't help it. I know I'm the worst brother ever, you don't have to forgive me, just don't blame Norway, it wasn't his fault. It was all my fault."

Norway quickly walked over to Canada and wrapped his arms around the younger man's waist. "Im not mad at you my maple leaf...." he said in a little voice. He nudged his head by the Canadian's neck and he closed his eyes and sighed. He could still feel the dried tears on his face.
"I love you..." he whispered and he finally moved his arms from Canada's waist but he just kept his head by the younger man's neck.

"No, nothing's going on!" America exclaimed, shaking his head. Of course, that wasn't going to get Canada to listen to him. As much as America hated admitting it, it was Canada's fault. Canada should be the one to blame, not Norway. But the superpower still couldn't push that angry feeling out of his chest. In fact, it grew even larger when the Nordic country walked over and hugged Canada, whispering some stupid pet name and some stupid declaration of love.
Swallowing back his anger, America stomped over and pulled Norway from their embrace. Pulled and pushed, actually, for he harshly shoved the smaller nation aside once he was free from Canada. Obviously uncaring of whether or not Norway fell, America turned his glare onto his brother. "What the hell is your problem?" he growled. "Why are you hiding stuff from me? What, just can't stand the fact that I know of your relationship? Were you afraid I'd ruin it or something?"

Canada backed up a few steps, almost falling back down the stairs. He knew one thing from many years of experiance, you did not want to mess with an angry American, and his brother was certainly angry. He knew America would get like this, and that was the reason he didn't want to tell America.
"No, that's not the reason at all America. Just calm down okay? It's okay now, everything is okay. I tell you everything you want to know, we're friends right? Friends don't hurt other friends."

"Friends?" America snorted. "Do you honestly expect me to be your friend after you kept all of this a secret from me?" He clenched his fists by his side, glaring at his brother. "How come Spain knows and I don't? I guess you told France, too, and probably all the nations France hangs around. I bet everyone but me knows!" He crossed his arms over his chest then, rubbing at them to try and keep the cold from his body.
He contemplated pushing Canada down the stairs, but he quickly chased that thought out of his mind. He wouldn't be as childish to do that. Instead, he opted for turning away from Canada and sitting cross-legged on the ground, his lower lip jutting out in a pout. "I never wanna talk to you. 'Cause you obviously don't wanna talk to me."

"I don't know why or how Spain knows, I didn't tell anyone, including France. I didn't want anyone to know." He had tried to hide all of his feelings in front of Norway. How had Spain noticed? Was it really that obvious? Well, now that America knew, he didn't really have to worry about showing his feelings. Everyone would hear about it eventually, his brother wasn't know for keeping secrets.
Canada walked around America so that he was looking at America's face and sat down next to his brother. It hurt him that America didn't want to be his friend, but he wasn't going to give up just yet. "That's not ture America, I want to talk to you. I just didn't want to talk to you about that. I was afraid that you would get mad at me, just like you are now..."

America glanced away, determined not to look anywhere near Canada's eyes. He wasn't going to be drawn back in to a loving, brotherly relationship that easily, and for Canada to think so was just completely ridiculous. Nope, he would be perfectly content cutting all ties with Canada for skirting around the truth and keeping everything a secret from him. Hunching over, America glared at the ground, trying to hide his face.
He opened his mouth to respond, then quickly closed it again. Canada was getting the silent treatment. Canada wasn't going to have the joy of being able to talk freely to his brother, not anymore. Not after this stupid little stunt that the northern nation was pulling. In fact, Canada was lucky that America was still here! The superpower had a right mind to go back inside and throw something.

"It isn't that big of a deal, it's not like we came here to socialize anyway. I don't understand why you're so upset." America was being so childish right now, it was none of his brother's business who he dated. Why was America so concerned about him anyway? It's not like he was very interesting, and America hadn't really cared before, or had he? Well, it didn't matter now, what mattered now was getting America to forgive him, however hard that might be.
"Alfred, talk to me." Apparently America was giving him the silent treament now. They were never going to get anywhere if America refused to talk.

((Can I join in? =3= I'll delete this if you don't want me to join in~))
'For the love of RA, will the nations in this warehouse ever SHUT UP?!'
Egypt stared up at the ceiling, only half awake.
'This is what I get for having sensitive hearing... I hear every waa faqri little thing!'
Throwing his sheets off, he sighed and got up, grabbed his staff and slipped on his sandals . The Mediterranean nation didn't even bother to put his keffiyeh on as he tromped down the ladder, down the hall and up the stairs to the roof. He slowed down as he neared the roof, he heard arguing.
'I shouldn't be doing this... I should just leave it alone.
But he was curious. He peeked his head around the corner slightly, just enough to see who was out there. He saw several nations. He assessed the situation he saw quickly.
'Canada and Norway... and America and Spain... hmmm...'
Egypt watched as the scene unfolded and Norway hugged Canada.
'Norway and Canada have been pretty close these past couple of weeks... my best guess is that they are in some kind of relationship...
As the scene progressed more he saw America turn slightly to the side, refusing to make eye contact.
'America is pouting (how charming *rolls eyes*)... and what does Spain have to do with all this...? I don't think he would be in a relationship with America... he seems to be just trying to calm everyone down...'
He smiled softly, turning silently to leave.
'I shouldn't intruded anymore than I have... I think I'll just go lay back down. I trust that they will sort everything out and will hopefully come back inside.'
Egypt made his way back to his bunk, finding Czech sound asleep in her bunk.
'I'm surprised their yelling hasn't woken anyone else up...'
Egypt leaned his staff back up against the wall and crawled back under the sheets, falling asleep once again.
((Notes: A Keffiyeh is a traditional head dress the men wear in Egypt and "waa faqri" means damn in Arabic))

[[You can join in more if you'd like, Egypt! ^^]]
America snorted, the usage of his human name finally stirring a need to speak. He could never stay quiet for too long, thus the reason his silent treatments never worked out the way they were supposed to. That, and the fact that Canada was trying to brush it off as no big deal was kind of getting to him. It was a big deal, and for Canada to state otherwise was irritating as hell.
"How can you not know why I'm upset?" America finally blurted out, clenching his fists by his side. "You're supposed to tell me everything, Mattie! You aren't supposed to keep secrets from me! That's...that's not right!" He slammed one of his fists into the ground, his eyes narrowing in an accusing glare. "You shouldn't keep secrets from me!"

Olive color eyes shot wide, blood shot and blurry.
'...That's it... I tried to leave them alone... and now their shouting even louder and it's freezing in here now because they didn't bother to close the door...'
He threw back the sheets once again, slipping his sandals back on and grabbed his staff once again. Not even caring to fix his bed head or rumpled robes, he crept past the other sleeping nations in their bunks not wanting to wake them. Making his way back up to the roof he calmly walked up the stairs and stood in the door way. The Mediterranean nation hoped that the black rings under his eyes weren't too prominent... but knowing his luck he probably looked like hell. Egypt cleared his throat roughly, coughing slightly.
"I hope I am not coming at a bad time but I wanted to investigate as to why it had suddenly gotten colder inside and as to why there as so much shouting..."
Egypt's blood shot eyes scanned the small group, making brief eye contact with everyone. His grip on his staff grew tighter as he tried to control his temper.
"I can clearly see that this is a personal matter but I have to ask... Can this not wait until morning? So your shouting does not hinder anyone else's sorely needed sleep, England's especially."

Canada flinched away from America when his brother slammed his fist on the ground. The sound was very loud to him, it seemed to echo in the air around him. Why couldn't he have a secret? Everyone had one, so why did he need to tell America everything? He could understand where his brother was coming from, he would be mad if America was keeping something like this from him, and since America wasn't keeping such a secret, he didn't expect America to understand at all. "I know, I know I shouldn't have kept a secret from you, but you wouldn't understand."
Just then, another country appeared on the roof. He said something about waiting until morning to finish this. When Canada got a closer look at the country, he reconized the country as Eygpt. He hadn't seen Egypt around the warehouse often. Anyway, he wasn't about to argue with him. He stood up and leaned down slightly, stretching his hand out for America to grab. "Why don't we finish this argument later? I wouldn't want to wake up any of the other countries."

Norway had been on the floor with a sore ass and just staring at the two brothers argue. He didnt think he had to get in the middle of a sibling argument...wheather or not it was his fault. The nordic man was so greatful that Egypt had come in and stopped the argument when he did...if he didnt them that who knows what could have happened.....
Slowly, the older man walked over to Canada and tugged at his arm. "Come on Canada....you need some sleep." he said. Then Norway's gaze went to America and he said, "I hope we can discuss this argument later." And with that he left the roof while he dragged the younger man behind him.

America rolled his eyes. "Give us a minute!" he grumbled to Egypt, taking a deep breath and trying to not curse out anyone in the nearby area. He didn't even know why he was so angry anymore. All of the countries were just here getting on his nerves and not allowing him and Canada any time to talk.
Glancing over at his brother, his swallowed nervously. He wanted to grab Canada's hand and stand up and just try and forget the whole thing, at least until tomorrow. But, just as he reached his own hand up, Norway suddenly whisked Canada away, saying something about discussing their argument later. America stared after them, eyes wide and mouth gaped open.
His hatred from Norway just shot up even more. There he went again, taking Canada away. Letting his arm drop to his side, America went back to his sitting position, pouting at the ground and shivering as a cold breeze sent chills up his arms. "Stupid Norway," he muttered. "I hate him." He turned to Egypt. "Don't you hate him?" he asked, certain everyone shared his sentiments.

Egypt looked up at the younger nation sighing.
"I don't particularly like or dislike anyone, America... My feelings towards the nations here are neutral."
The Mediterranean nation moved out of the door jam and off to the side to allow Canada and Norway to get through.
"Sleep well."
He calmly stated as they passed. He then turned back to look at America. Egypt walked out onto the roof closer to the younger nation so he did not have to raise is voice to much. Egypt relaxed his death grip he hadn't noticed he had had on his staff. He looked tiredly up to the American nation.
"Sometimes things just happen, America... It's best to just let go and observe things with patience. Your younger brother was practicing caution with this particular situation because he wanted to stabilize his relationship with Norway before telling you."
Egypt shifted his stance from one foot to the other pausing momentarily to let his words sink in.
"He probably wanted nothing more that to tell you the first day their relationship blossomed but he waited to see how it would grow. Anyone can see that their relationship is strong like a acacia tree now but it could also become as fragile as a water lily with in a day."
Egypt pause again to rub a hand through his messy brown hair. Turning slightly towards the door once more he began to walk back inside.
"Give your brother some time America... In time I believe he will come to you and tell you what you wish to know. Now let us get back inside so that we may close the door and go back to sleep, you look like you need it almost as much as I do..."
